Eggs/Egg whites                    2
Onion                                   1(finely chopped)
Tomato                                 1(finely chopped) 
Red chilly powder                  1/4 tsp(adjust)
Salt                                       as needed
Oil                                        1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves                     few finely chopped
Garam masala(optional)           1/4 tsp
Milk                                      1 tsp(gives spongy texture for omelette)
Bread slices                            4
Butter                                    1tsp

1)In a bowl add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala and a tsp of water and mix well.(by doing so we get uniform mixing of the ingredients with the eggs) Now in the same bowl crack the eggs and beat them well until froth forms on the top.(if using only egg whites just make sure to separate the yellow properly)

2)Now add the chopped onions, tomatoes,milk and  coriander leaves to it.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil on medium flame then pour the egg mixture on to it.
Let the omelette cook well on both the sides.

3)Now heat a tawa and apply butter and toast the bread .
Or directly do it in a toaster.

Finally place the omelette in between the bread slices and have a yummy feast
