IDLY PODI


INGREDIENTS::
Urad dal                                   1/2 cup 
Channa dal                                1/4 cup
Red chilies                                20
Asefetida                                  1/4 tsp
Coconut                                   1 tblsp (shredded)
Oil                                           2 tsp
Salt                                          as needed

PROCEDURE::
1)Roast all the ingredients in oil except coconut and salt until golden brown.
2)Fry the coconut  and then cool all of the ingredients.

3)Blend them into fine powder by adding salt. Remember to grind the red chilies first and then add the remaining ingredients. 
Grind them into fine powder or coarse one depending on your texture preferences.

                     SERVE GREAT WITH IDLY OR FOR SPREADING OVER DOSA.
