Bread slices 2
Potatoes(boiled and mashed) 1(big)
Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala a pinch
Green Chutney 1 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
1)Cut the bread into 2 halves diagonally.
2)Now take the boiled and mashed potatoes, garam masala, salt, chilly powder and coriander leaves.Mix well.
3)Now apply green chutney on one side of the bread, then add the potato mixture spread evenly and close with the other bread slice.
Toast with some butter on tawa or toaster.
Mint leaves 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Green chilies 2(adjust)
Lemon juice juice of 1/2 lemon
1)Grind all the ingredients except the lemon juice.
Now mix the lemon juice once the chutney is grind ed smoothly.
Store in a box refrigerated and use when needed.
