TOMATO MACRONI


INGREDIENTS::
Macroni shells                                  1 packet
Onion                                              1 medium  
Tomatoes/Tomato Puree                    1(big) or 2 (medium) / 1/2 cup puree
Spring onion                                     2 tsp
Soya sauce                                       1 tsp
Salt                                                  as needed
Chilly powder                                   1 tsp(adjust depending on the spice level)
Oil                                                   1 tsp
Chilly sauce                                      11/2 tsp

PROCEDURE::
1)Boil some water and add macroni shells to it and let it boil uncovered for 10-12 minutes. The shells should be cooked but make sure that it doesn't get mushy.
2)Drain the water and set a side.
3)Now heat oil in a pan. Add the onion and let it turn transparent then add the tomatoes/ tomato puree to it.
Let it get cooked until the oil separates from it.
4)Now add the chilly powder, salt and chilly sauce.
5)Add the cooked macroni shells to it and then toss so that the shells gets coated well.
Stir for 5-6 minutes and then add the soya sauce.
6)Finally add the chopped spring onion and toss for a minute and turn off.
