VAHCHEF SAMBHAR FRIED RICE


INGREDIENTS::
Butter                                            2 tsp
Garlic cloves                                  1/2 tsp
Onion                                            1(chopped)
Tomatoes                                       2(chopped)              
Green chilies                                   3
Capsicum                                       1/2 
Coriander leaves                             1 tsp(chopped)
Lemon juice                                    1 tsp
Crushed peanuts                              1 tsp
Potato(boiled and cubed)                   1 number(optional)
Salt                                                as needed
Curry Leaves                                  2 sprigs 
Sambhar powder                              11/2 tsp
Cooked rice                                      2 cups

PROCEDURE::
1)Mix butter, garlic,onion,green chilies,capsicum,tomato,crushed peanuts,potato, sambhar powder and salt in a bowl.Mix well.
2)Now place the mixture in a pan, and let it saute for 1-11/2 minute. Don't do it more than that because the sambhar powder will bring the bitterness to the mixture.

3)Now add the cooked rice to the mixture and toss well.
Finally add the lemon juice and coriander leaves.

TIP OF THE RECIPE::
We can make the mixture in hand and can add the rice when ever needed.
Never add the lemon juice while sauteing this brings the bitterness to the food.
