CHAMADUMPALU/ARBI FRY

                   
               
INGREDIENTS::
Chamadumpa /Arbi                      15-18
Rice flour                                     2 tsp
Corn flour                                    1 tsp
Sambar powder                           2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste                       1/2 tsp
Salt                                              as required
Oil                                                for deep frying
Red chilly powder                         1 tsp

PROCEDURE::
1)Wash the arbi and boil the chamadumpalu with 3/4 cup of water up to 2-3 whistles. Peel the skin and cut them into half.
2)Now in a bowl mix rice flour, salt ,ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, sambar powder and chilly powder .
3)Then add the boiled arbi to the mixture.
4)In a pan add oil for deep frying and then fry them both sides until golden brown and crisp.
Take the excess oil with paper towel.

                             SERVE WITH RICE
