INSTANT RAVA DHOKLA

INGREDIENTS::
FOR BASE::
Semolina/Rava                               1 cup
Hung curd                                      1/2 cup
Grated ginger                                  1/2 tsp
Salt                                                 as required
Water                                            3/4 cup
Turmeric powder                            1/2 tsp
Green chilies paste                          1 tsp(adjust)
Eno powder                                   2 tsp

FOR TEMPERING::
Mustard seeds                               1 tsp
Cumin seeds                                  1 tsp
Red chilies                                     1
Curry leaves                                  1 sprig
Asafetide                                      a pinch
Oil                                                1 tsp

FOR GARNISHING::
Grated coconut                             2 tsp
Water                                           2 tsp
Sugar                                            1tsp
Lemon juice                                   1/2-1 tsp(adjust)

PROCEDURE::
1)Take a bowl add all the ingredients for base except Eno .Mix well into smooth paste avoiding lumps.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
2)Grease a microwave safe bowl.Add the eno powder to the rested batter and mix well. Immediately transfer the batter to the bowl. And cook for 6 minutes on high power.
3)In meantime in a pan, add oil , once hot add the mustard seeds and when they splutter add  cumin seeds, Asafetide, red chilies and curry leaves.Turn off and let the tempering cool down.
3)Transfer the dhokla onto the plate and let it cool down.
4)Once the dhokla cools then cut it into cubes. Then add the prepared tempering on it.
5)Finally add the grated coconut and lemon-sugar syrup.

           SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
