Maida 1 cup
Rice flour 1/4 cup
Jeera 1 tsp
Green chilies 2
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Salt as required
Oil as needed
1) Mix maida, rice flour, salt and water.Mix well by adding water little by little to avoid lumps.Then make the batter watery like we do for rava dosa.
2)Now add the jeera, green chilies and curry leaves.
3)Drizzle some oil on the dosa tawa and pour the batter to make dosa. Don't spread the dosa with the ladle just pour it evenly. Put some little oil on the corners of the dosa.
4)Once done the edges of the dosa start to leave the tawa then turn to the other side.
Dosa taste great when hot.....
SERVE HOT WITH SOME CHUTNEY OR SAMBAR
