POHA LADDU

INGREDIENTS::
Poha/Atukulu/Aval                        1 cup
Sugar                                            1/2 cup
Ghee                                             1/4 cup
Cardamom                                     2


PROCEDURE::
1)Dry roast the poha.(roast it properly)

 2)Once the Poha is cooled then grind the poha into fine powder.
3)Now add the sugar,cardamom to it and grind into fine powder.
                                     
4)Heat the ghee and then add the cashew nuts and raisins.Turn off the heat.
Now add the ghee to the poha and sugar powder .

Mix them properly and then make laddus.
