VAMMU ANNAM/ AJWAIN RICE

                                    
                                 
INGREDIENTS::
Cooked rice                         1 cup(left over)
Turmeric powder                  1/4 tsp
Garlic cloves                         2 (chopped)
Red chilies                            3
Carrom seeds/Ajwain            2 tsp    
Curry leaves                         1 sprig
Salt                                      as needed

PROCEDURE::
1) Cook rice and keep aside. I used the left over rice.
2) Now heat oil in a pan, then add the garlic pieces, saute for 1 minute.
3)Add the cumin seeds, curry  leaves and red chilies.Saute for 1 minute.

4)Now add the turmeric and salt. Mix well.
5)Add the cooked rice to it. Mix well and then saute for 3-4 minutes. Stir well preventing the rice from sticking to the pan. 

Turn off . Serve hot
