BOONDI RAITA


INGREDIENTS:
Boondi                                  1/4 cup
Yogurt                                   1 cup
Black salt                               one pinch
Cumin powder                       1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder                 1/2 tsp          
Salt                                         as needed

PROCEDURE:
1) Whisk yogurt into smooth texture.
2) Now add the black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilly powder and salt.Mix well.

3) Add boondi to the mixture .
Now place in fridge and serve chilled.

Tastes best with paratha ....
