FRIED IDLY


















INGREDIENTS:
Left over idlies                            4
Oil                                               for deep frying
Garam masala                             1 tbsp
Chat masala                                1 tbsp



PROCEDURE:
1)Cut the idlies vertically.
2) Heat oil for deep frying. Once they are golden brown take them aside on kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.

3) Sprinkle some garam masala and chat masala .

Serve with green chutney or some ketchup.
