SPICED BUTTERMILK



A cool drink for a hot summer.

INGREDIENTS::
Buttermilk                      2 cups
Green chilies                  1
Ginger                            1 tsp( chopped)
Curry leaves                   1 sprig
Salt                                 as needed

PROCEDURE::
1) Churn the curd in to buttermilk.
2) Chop green chilies, ginger and curry leaves into small pieces.

3) Mix all the ingredients with buttermilk.
Serve chilled .
