Lemon                                        1    
Garlic cloves                              4
Green chilies                              3
Salt                                             as needed
Butter                                         1 tblsp
Oil                                              2 tsp
Cilantro/coriander leaves           3 tsp
Cooked rice                               1 cup

1)Cook the rice and keep aside.
Or use left over rice.
2) Chop garlic and chilies into small pieces.
Squeeze the lemon and keep aside.

3) Heat oil in a pan, then add the garlic cloves, green chilies to it.Saute for 2 minutes.
4) Add the cooked rice to it. Add butter to the rice.

5)Add lemon juice , salt and coriander leaves to it.
Saute for 3 minutes.
            A very mild flavor garlic lemon rice is ready .
 Turn off heat and serve hot.
