" IN CONVERSATION WITH DIVYA"

 DIVYA: How foodie are you?
BINJAL: I am a big food lover person, more than eating I always curious about the dish how it's made so I love to try different dishes outside which are I never tasted before so I can make it with my own style. And I always try to make a dish which is very simple and easy to make for others. Thank god my family also a bog foodie, they love to eat outside to try new things too. I'm big fan of north Indian street food but whenever we go out in another city I would love to eat popular food from there.

DIVYA: How is it to be a food blogger?
BINJAL: As a blogger I would like to except that my blog is my open space where I can put my thoughts and creativities  to the world. You could also take this as a carrier and make some money. But I noticed that some are always focusing on making money and compromising with their work, which is not correct. I'm not saying that you shouldn't try to make money off your blog, but don't align yourself with a brand or project that isn't a good fit. You are the company you keep. Focus on producing your best contents and building your audience and the opportunities will come.

DIVYA: When you learn about a new recipe what makes you want to try it?
BINJAL: I cook because I enjoy cooking and trying new things. I grew up like always been asking for the recipe of any meal I ate because I wanted to try it myself. At restaurants, when I like something  I'm always trying to figure out what are the ingredients so I can replicate it at home. I am married and blessed with two children and they are also like me as they would also like to eat different varieties of foods which always inspiring me to make something new at home without any worry. Being a busy mom, balancing a family and career, I owe my family a good meal. Last but no least, I find cooking therapeutic and an art in the kitchen.

DIVYA: If you would like to caption your blog . What would that be?
BINJAL: I would like to say my blog is not only just a blog but it's an unforgettable cooking journey. Please come and join it which can help to make my journey delightful and your's too.

DIVYA: What is the most toughest thing to photograph?
BINJAL: I would say its food styling. Food styling makes your food prettier and well presented. It's actually the key of food photography so sometime it can make your dish hero to zero and vice versa.

DIVYA: What is one blogger super power you like to have?
BINJAL: Energy and positivity ! Now days blogging is like a competition, it's hard to achieve something that you want. Being a food blogger there are so much challenges like photography, recipe , social life, likes, fans, followers ....etc..everywhere competitions so these are very enough things to get distract you from your aim so please DO NOT and keep forward in your path with energy and positivity.

DIVYA: If you can time travel to your childhood what would you like to eat?
BINJAL: Ohh my best part wish it could possible to go back in these days! But ya I would love to eat kulfi which kulfiwala was selling outside my school.

DIVYA: Your work was stolen without given credit to you by some big brands. What is your take on it?
BINJAL: It's really dissapointing when huge brands who makes advertises on ethics and morals do such things ! Now days it's really very common and it's sad too but it's a truth. My advice as a blogger please protect yours contain under the copyrights terms so you can fight back easily and legally aganist them. Because in every image or contain it take so much effort to get perfect things!

DIVYA: Finally how is your blog different from others? Why should viewers look at your blog?
BINJAL: I'm not saying that my blog is unique and totally different than others. But ya my blog is for those who love to cook traditional(mostly Gujarati) food in easy and simple way and for those too who love food photography.
