JEERA RICE



INGREDIENTS:
Basmathi rice                                    1 cup
Jeera/cumin seeds                             2 tsp
Green chilies                                     1(finely chopped)
Coriander leaves                               few
Ghee                                                  1 tbsp
Salt                                                    as needed


PROCEDURE:
1)Soak basmathi rice for 30 minutes. 
Cook and set aside.
2)Melt ghee in a pan. Then add the jeera/cumin seeds  green chilies  and coriander leaves.Saute for 1-2 minutes.

3) Now add the cooked rice to it.Add salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and serve with dal
