ATTA LADOO/ WHEAT FLOUR LADOO


INGREDIENTS::
Wheat flour/atta                      1 cup
Sugar                                      1/2 cup
Melted Ghee                           1/3 cup            
Cashew nuts                           8-9 (chopped)
Raisins                                    5-7

PROCEDURE::
1) Melt 2 tsp of ghee in a pan then add the cashew nuts and raisins. Saute till the cashew nuts turn golden brown and raisins increase in size. Keep aside.

2)Now add the remaining ghee to the pan, once it gets melted then add the wheat flour to it and fry until the raw smell leaves the flour and it turns golden brown. If we feel like the flour is getting burned then roast it in low flame to get good color.

3)Grind the sugar and cardamom together into fine powder.
4)Add the sugar-cardamom powder, roasted cashew nuts and raisins to the roasted wheat flour.
When it is hot enough to hold with hand then mix them well.

5)Make small balls out of them and let them stand for 10 minutes.
