BENDI 65



INGREDIENTS:
Bendi/ Okra                      1/2 lb
Besan/senaga pindi           3 tbsp
Garam masala powder      1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder              1/2 tsp
Amchur powder               1/4 tsp  

Chaat masala                    1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder            1/2 tsp
Salt                                    as needed
Oil                                    for deep frying

PROCEDURE:
1) Wash and wipe the water from the okra/bendakayalu.
2)Slit them lengthwise and separate the seeds.

3) Add all the other ingredients with the chopped okra/bendi.
Mix thoroughly.
4) Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Then add the coated veggie pieces in the oil. 
Reduce the flame to medium-high heat. 
Fry until crisp and once done take them from oil.

Now place them on kitchen towel to remove excess oil from them.
