EGGLESS FRENCH TOAST STICKS

INGREDIENTS:
Bread slices                                    4
Mango custard powder                   2 tbsp
Milk                                                1/2 cup
Sugar                                               2 tbsp
Cardamom powder                          1 tsp

Butter                                               for toasting

PROCEDURE:
1) Cut the bread into strips. Remove the brown part( i prefer that way)

1) Take custard powder and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
2) Heat milk . Add it to the custard powder and mix well. Avoid lumps.

3)Dip the bread strips in the custard mixture. Making sure they are not dipped too much or else they will become soft .
Or alternatively place the bread strips on the pan and slowly pour the mixture on the bread while toasting.

4)Now apply butter to a pan. Now place the coated breadsticks on the pan .
Toast on one side then flip to the other side .

 Dust some sugar powder or cinnamon powder on it .

Serve with some whipped cream as i did.
