BESAN LADOO
INGREDIENTS::
Besan/Chenaga pindi 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
or Elachi 3
Almonds few for garnishing
PROCEDURE::
1) Roast the besan/chenaga pindi in medium flame . Stir constantly until the besan turns golden brown, making sure not to burn the flour. The flour should roast well or else the ladoo will have the raw smell.
It took 7-8 mins(approx) on medium flame.
2)Once the flour cools down, then sieve the flour.
Heat ghee and then add the hot ghee to the flour. Add the sugar and cardamom powder to it.
3)Mix well and once it is warm enough to hold with the hand , then take the mixture into hand.
Make them into ladoos. They should be firm enough.
