CABAGE BESAN FRY


INGREDIENTS::
Cabbage                                           1 cup
Besan/chickpea flour                       3 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste                          1/2 tsp
Chilly powder                                  1 tsp
Coriander leaves                              few
Salt                                                   as needed
Oil                                                    2 tbsp
Water                                               2-3 tbsp

PROCEDURE::
1) Cut the cabbage into fine thin pieces. Set aside.
2)Add the salt, chilly powder and ginger-garlic paste to the cabbage.
Mix well .
3)Add the besan and coriander leaves to it , Again mix well.

4) Add little water to the mixture and mix well so that the cabbage is coated with besan/chickpea powder.
5)Heat oil in a pan. Then add the cabbage to it. 
Fry well . The raw smell of the besan should be gone.

6)Once the besan starts to get into little chunks cover the lid of the pan and let it cook covered for 2 minutes(doing so softens the cabbage).
Now remove the lid and then fry in medium flame until the moisture leaves it .

SERVE HOT
