BEANS COCONUT FRY

 

INGREDIENTS::
Beans                              2 CUP
Grated coconut                 4 tsp
Onion                               1
Garlic cloves                      3
Red chilies                         3
Salt                                   as required
Oil                                    2 tsp

FOR TEMPERING::
Mustard seeds                 1 tsp
Cumin seeds                    1 tsp
Bengal gram                     1 tsp
Split gram dal                   1 tsp


PROCEDURE::
1)Boil the beans until half done.
2)Now put some oil in a pan, and when hot add the mustard seeds and once they splutter add the cumin seeds, bengal gram and split gram dal.
3)Now add the garlic and onion. Once the onion turns transparent then add the red chilies and curry leaves.
4)Now add the boiled beans and salt.Cover the lid and let it get cooked. 
5)Once the beans are fried then add the grated coconut.
6)Fry for 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.

            SERVE HOT WITH RICE AND DAL
