LEMON JUICE PICKLE


INGREDIENTS::
Lemons                               4(Extract the juice)
Salt                                      As required
Chilly powder                       11/2 tsp (adjust accordingly)

FOR TEMPERING::
Oil                                       1 tsp
Chana dal                             1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds                      1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves                         3
Ginger pieces                        1 tsp                              

PROCEDURE::
1) Mix lemon juice , salt and chilly powder.
2)Now in a pan , take some oil once hot add the mustard seeds.
When mustard seeds splutter add the chana dal  let it turn golden brown.Now add garlic and ginger pieces. Don't deep fry the garlic and ginger. Just fry for 30-40 seconds. 
3)Once the tempering gets cooled then add it to the lemon juice mixture.
