MOONGDAL PAKODI


INGREDIENTS::
Moongdal                                2 cups
Onion (chopped)                      1 medium
Coriander leaves                       3 tsp(finely chopped)
Green chilies                             2 nos.
Ginger(chopped)                       1 tsp(finely chopped)
Salt                                          as needed
Oil                                           for deep frying

PROCEDURE::
1)Soak moong dal for 1 hour.
Then grind the moongdal into coarse paste.
2)Mix the moongdal with onion, ginger, green chilies , coriander leaves and salt.
3)Heat oil in a pan then add the moongdal dumplings to the oil (medium-high flame).
Fry the dumplings until golden brown .
4)Take the pakodi on to a plate with kitchen towel to drain the excess oil from it.

            SERVE WITH SWEET AND HOT SAUCE
