DOSAKAYA CHUTNEY



INGREDIENTS::

Dosakaya                          1
Garlic cloves                      2
Red chilies                         3
Salt                                   as required
Jeera                                 1 tsp
Tamarind extract                1 tsp
Oil                                     1 tsp
FOR TEMPERING::
Mustard seeds                   1 tsp
Jeera                                  1 tsp
Curry                                 1 sprig
Oil                                     1 tsp


PROCEDURE::
1)Cut the dosakaya and fry them until they become soft. 
Fry the red chilies, garlic.
         

2)Now grind the ingredients with tamarind and salt.

3)For prepare the tempering
4)Add the tempering to the Chutney.
