DONDAKAYA FRY

                                       


INGREDIENTS::
Dondakaya                     250 gms
Onion                             1(medium)
Garlic cloves                    3
Red chilies                       3
Curry leaves                    1 sprig
Oil                                   2 tsp
Salt                                  as required

FOR TEMPERING::
Mustard seeds                 1 tsp
Cumin seeds                    1 tsp
Split gram dal                   1 tsp

PROCEDURE::
1)Now in a pan add the oil and when hot then add the mustard seeds and once they splutter add the cumin seeds, split gram dal.
2)Now add the garlic , onion , red chilies and curry leaves.
3)Now add the dondakaya pieces and salt.


4)Let the dondakaya fry well it might take 15-20 mins(approx)
5)Once done then turn off the heat.

                         SERVE WITH THE RICE
