DONDAKAYA KEEMA FRY(VEGETARIAN)


INGREDIENTS::
Dondakayalu                        250gms
Cumin seeds                         1tsp
Garlic cloves                         3
Chilly powder                       1 tsp(adjust accordingly)
Salt                                       as required
Oil                                        1tsp

PROCEDURE::
1)Cut the dondakaya in the vegetable chopper into very fine pieces.
2)Now in a pan put oil once it is hot add the cumin seeds and garlic.Saute for 30 seconds.
3)Now add the dondakayalu/tindore pieces and salt to it. Fry well for 10 minutes stirring in between.
4)Add the chilly powder and fry for 3 minutes until it is cooked.Turn off the heat.

             SERVE WITH  RICE AND SAMBAR
