Onion                                  2
Green chilies                        3
Curry leaves                        1 sprig
Coriander leaves                  3 tsp
Chilly powder                      1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste(optional)  1 tsp
Oil                                       2 tsp
Salt                                     as required

1)In a pan add oil once it is hot add the onion pieces. Fry them until they turn transparent then add the green chilies and curry leaves.
2)Now add the ginger-garlic paste(this is optional). Adding the paste reduces the smell of the eggs.
  Saute the paste for 1-2 minutes.
3)Now add the salt and chilly powder.
4)Crack the eggs and beat them.
And pour them into the pan and mix well with until the egg becomes hard.
5)Finally add the chopped coriander leaves.

                   SERVE HOT WITH RICE
