KOBBARI PACHADI



INGREDIENTS::
Coconut pieces          11/4cup
Cumin seeds                1/2 tsp
Red chilies                   3-4
Garlic clove                  3
Split gram dal               1 tsp
Channa Dal                  1 tsp

FOR TEMPERING::
Mustard seeds            1 tsp
Cumin seeds               1 tsp
Curry leaves               1 sprig

PROCEDURE::
1) Take a pan and heat oil . Then add the Cumin seeds , garlic clove, Split gram dal and red chilies.

  
 2)Now add the grated coconut and stir for 1 min. Remove from pan and cool.


3)Once it is cool then grind with tamarind and salt by adding water little by little. It should be coarse don't make it smooth.


4)Now take a pan and when oil is hot then add the mustard seeds and once they splutter add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

5)Turn off the heat and then add the tempering to the paste.


                        SERVE WITH HOT RICE AND GHEE
