THOTAKOORA/AMARANTHUS FRY

                                       
INGREDIENTS::
Thotakoora                      3 bunches(1 bunch if big)
Onion                               1 medium
Garlic cloves                       3
Red chilies                          3

Oil                                     1 tsp
Salt                                  as required
Cumin seeds                      1 tsp

PROCEDURE::
1)In a pan, add the oil and when hot add the cumin seeds, garlic and onion.
2)Now once the onion turns transparent add the red chilies.
3)Now add the thotakoora and  salt .
4)Fry well without lid it may take about 15-17 minutes.

                    SERVE WITH RICE
