RAGI DOSA
INGREDIENTS::
Ragi/ Finger millet flour 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 2(optional)
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1/2 (medium )
Curry leaves 4-5 leaves
Butter milk/water as required
Salt as required
PROCEDURE::
1)Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with water.
2) Mix with water or butter milk.
3)Now add a ladle full of batter on the tawa. And add oil on the edge of the dosa and turn it to the other side once it is done on one side.
SERVE WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR SOME PICKLE.
