EGG PANEER CURRY


INGREDIENTS::
Eggs                                       6
Onion                                      1 big
Tomatoes                                 3(chopped) 
Green chilies                             3
Curry leaves                             1 sprig
Red chilly powder                     1 tsp(adjust)
Garam masala powder               1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste                   1 tsp
Coriander powder                      2 tsp(1+1,egg cubes+gravy)
Pistachio powder                      1/2 tsp
Salt                                         as needed
Oil                                           11/2 tsp

PROCEDURE::
1)In a bowl add the salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.Mix well.
Whisk the eggs well and then add to the masala mixture. Mix well.
2)Now steam the egg mixture..
In microwave::
Apply oil to a microwave safe bowl and then pour the mixture in it.Microwave on high power for 6 minutes. Take a toothpick and pierce in it if it comes out clean it is cooked or else cook for 1 minute.(Cooking time varies depending on the microwave.)
On stove::
Take a bowl and grease with oil and then pour the mixture to it. Now take a bigger vessel with water and then let it boil.Now place the egg mixture bowl in it and let it get steamed until it gets cooked.
3)Cut the egg pieces into cubes.
4)Heat oil in a pan, then add the onion pieces and let them turn transparent then add the green chilies , curry leaves,salt and tomato pieces/puree.
Let the tomatoes turn mushy and oil separate from the mixture.(cook covered)
5)Now add the coriander powder, pistachio powder, garam masala and red chilly powder.Saute for 1-2 minutes.
6)Now add the cubed egg pieces into the gravy and cook for 2 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves and then  turn off.

            SERVE WITH RICE OR ROTI.
