 Sooji/Semolina                   1 cup
Sugar(powdered)                3/4 cup
Grated coconut(optinal)       1/4 cup
Milk                                  few tblsp
Cashew nuts                       10-15
Cardamom powder              1 tsp
Raisins                               few
Ghee                                  3 tsp     

1)Melt the ghee and roast the sooji/Semolina in it until nice aroma comes out.(approx 7-8 minutes)
Keep aside.

2)In the same pan add some more ghee and once it melts fry the cashew nuts, raisins until they turn golden brown and raisins start to puff.Turn off heat and keep aside.
3)In a bowl add the roasted sooji, powdered sugar,fried dry fruits,grated coconut and little ghee.
Combine well.

4)Make small ladoos with both the hands by adding little milk(as binding agent).
The ladoos may be brittle when we are making but will harden once set aside.
