RADISH CURRY


INGREDIENTS::
Radish                          1                    
Onion                           1
Green chilies                 2
Tomatoes                     2
Red chilly powder         1 tsp
Curry leaves                 1 sprig
Salt                             as needed

FOR TEMPERING::
Mustard seeds              1 tsp
Cumin seeds                 1 tsp
Garlic cloves                 2

PROCEDURE::
1)Cut radish into small pieces.

2)Heat oil in a pan then  add the mustard seeds once they splutter then add the cumin seeds , garlic cloves saute until it turns golden color.


3)Add the onion pieces let them turn transparent.Add the green chilies and curry leaves. 
Saute for 1 minute.
4)Add the chopped tomatoes to it and let them turn mashy. 
Cook until oil separates.


5)Add the radish pieces and salt to it. Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes checking in between.



Add water to it and cook again until it is soft and turn off heat.
