Eggs                                            4
Onion                                           1(big, finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic crushed                     1 tsp
Green chilies                                  2 (slit)
Coriander leaves                             few(chopped)
Spring onion                                  3 tsp(chopped)
Garam masala                                1 tsp
Salt                                               as needed
Red chilly powder                          1/2 tsp
Coriander powder                          1 tsp
Cumin powder                               1/4 tsp
Besan                                           2 tsp
Corn flour                                     1 tsp
Red chilly powder                         1/2 tsp
Salt                                              as needed 

1)Boil eggs and cut them into 4 slices.
2)Mix besan, cornflour, red chilly and salt with little water .Mix well to avoid lumps.
Now drop the egg slices into it and coat them properly with the mixture.

3)Heat oil in a pan then add the coated eggs . Fry until they turn golden brown.
Take them aside.

4)Add the remaining oil in the pan then add the onion pieces, saute till they turn golden brown. Add the red chilly powder,coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, spring onion and salt.
Toss well then add the fried eggs and garnish with coriander leaves.
